Dear Members and Friends of Eureka Grand Chapter Prince Hall Order Eastern Star, State of New York,

We are thrilled to announce a special project that brings us together through one of life’s greatest joys: FOOD. The Prince Hall PHAmily is a rich tapestry of cultures and talents.

We’re compiling a Eureka Grand Chapter Prince Hall Order Eastern Star State of New York cookbook — a printed keepsake that will showcase the favorite dishes of our Prince Hall PHAmily and friends. Whether it’s a cherished family recipe, a go-to comfort meal, or a creative culinary twist you’ve perfected, we want to feature your signature dish, beverage or everyday advice. This is a generational project; children are also encouraged to participate.

Who should participate:

• Passionate home cook

• Seasoned chef

• Novice or Professional bartender

• Grill Master

• Entertainment Consultants: Etiquette, Flower Arranging, Party Planning

Here’s how to participate:

• Submit your entries in the form below. 

• You can submit Up to three (3) recipes per individual; any category is welcome: appetizers, mains, sides, desserts, drinks, or even snacks!

• Cooking, Household Hints and Etiquette submissions are also welcome

• Include a short note about why this dish is meaningful to you (optional but encouraged!)

• Deadline for submissions: March 31st, 2026

This cookbook will be more than just a collection of recipes, it will be a celebration of our shared stories, flavors, and traditions. Whether you’re a seasoned chef, a passionate home cook or the “Hostess with the Mostest”, your contribution will help make this project truly special.

Let’s stir in a little love, sprinkle in some memories, and cook up something unforgettable — together.
